JANET POWELL, MSN | WHNP
Janet is a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. She was born in North Carolina and received a Bachelor of Schience in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1982. She moved to Aiken in 1992 and worked in Labor & Delivery at Aiken Regional Medical Center. She received a Master of Science in Nursing in 2001 from the University of South Carolina at Columbia. She has been in practice in Aiken for the past eight years.
She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Woman's Health.
JAMES F. BOEHNER, M.D. | F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Boehner is a native of Syracuse, New York, and has been living in the Central Savannah River Area since 1982. He graduated from the State University of N.Y. Health Science Center at Syracuse, and completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, working both at Talmadge Hospital and University Hospital.
He has practiced Obstetrics and Gynecology in Aiken since 1986. Dr. Boehner is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has served as President of the Augusta Obstetrical and Gynecological Society. He is also a member of the South Carolina Medical Association and the Aiken County Medical Society.
At Aiken Regional Medical Centers, he founded the Department of Perinatal Medicine and served as chairman of that department from 1991 to 1997. This department is composed of both Obstetrician/Gynecologists and Pediatricians and is dedicated to the improvement of maternal/neonatal/infant health. He has served on numerous committees at ARMC as well. He is currently a member of the Board of Governors of Aiken Regional Medical Centers.
Dr. Boehner lives in downtown Aiken with his wife Debbie, and his four children Christopher, Jaime, Philip and Megan. His hobbies include Amateur Radio, and all forms of two-way communication. He currently is the American Radio Relay League Vice Director for the Roanoke Division, which includes South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia. He volunteers with the Aiken County Sheriffs Office as a Technical Consultant. He is an active tennis player, and is a life member of the U.S. Tennis Association. He is an accomplished musician, playing trumpet for numerous professional and amateur musical organizations throughout the CSRA. Dr Boehner is also a computer enthusiast and has authored several websites.

OLETHA R. MINTO, M.D. | F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Minto was born in Washington, D.C. and has been with Aiken Obstetrics and Gynecology Associaties since July, 2002. She attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore County where she was a Meyerhoff Scholar and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry. She then earned her M.D. from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Later, she completed her residency in Obstertics and Gynecology at York Hospital in York, P.A.. She enjoys all aspects of her practice; but has a special interest in the care of adolescents.
Dr. Minto is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a member of the South Carolina Medical Society, and the Aiken County Medical Society.
Dr. Minto views Aiken as her home. She is very active in her church and resides with her husband Artie and their two girls, Tyler and Tyson, and two boys, Tate and Teagan.
ROBERT D. BOONE, M.D. | F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Boone was born and raised in Aiken, S.C. He graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, completed a Family Practice internship in Spartanburg, and a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Greenville Memorial Hospital System in Greenville, S.C.
He has practiced Obstetrics and Gynecology in Aiken since 1988. Dr Boone is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a member of the South Carolina Medical Society and the Aiken County Medical Society.
ANDREINA D. ANGLE, R.N.C.| WHNP
Andreina is our Nurse Practitioner, and has specialty certifications in Women's Health Care. She attended the University of South Carolina at Aiken for both her Associates degree and Bachelors degree in Nursing. She received her Woman's Health Nurse Practitioner certificate at Emory University and has been practicing since 1986. Andreina has received several honors, including the Award for Excellence in Nursing from the Lower Savannah Health District and the SC State award for Excellence by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. In 2001, she was honored by the Aiken Standard Newspaper as "THE BEST NURSE PRACTITIONER" based on a survey of their readership. Andreina has been with our practice since December of 2000, and is known for her excellent medical care and compassion for her patients. Andreina's passion for public health drives her holistic approach to health care and health promotion.
